Old house demo

Obviously, I've been negligent about posting, partly because we went so long without anything happening.

We did, however, demolish the house and pool that were on the property.

Here it is: the existing property, looking south toward downtown Phoenix. The tree in the center at the property line obviously has to go. And the house is going to go, too. Now it's just a matter of waiting, and waiting, for permits, etc.

I'm becoming an advocate of doing something about air pollution.
